Recently, I’ve tried out the NYX Total Control Foundation. I really like the eye-dropper serums because they’re light on the skin. Dior’s has a beautiful finish and NYX matches it pretty well! I love to mix mine in with my moisturizer for a dewy look. If you love the serum, light weight foundations, but want more coverage, L’Oreals True Match gives the perfect airy finish!
I’ve tried a couple different sponges and shapes. I have to say, Real Techniques wins in this department. This sponge gives amazing coverage, doesn’t absorb and cling to your foundation/concealer, and is easy to clean! Plus, you can hop over to your local drugstore and pick it up for a couple of dollars!
It was so hard to choose which dupe I was going to feature for this one because there are so many! This MAC palette has been popular lately and with good reason: those colors are gorgeous and MAC makes incredible eye shadows. However, Morphe has equally amazing eyeshadows! Not only do you get this palette at less than half the cost, but you also get more shadows to play with! To take the savings a step further, I also love this palette from Makeup Revolution (and it’s under $20!).
I’m a bit of a lipstick snob. In my book, there’s good lip products and bad lip products with no in-between. I’ve tried out MAC lipsticks before and they are phenomenal. Super hydrating and long-lasting! I’ve also been a long-time supporter of L’Oreal lipstick. Side-by-side, they’re basically identical! I especially love the nude/pink/red collection that L’Oreal has.
That’s all for this round of makeup dupes! Let me know if you’d like me to do some more great finds in the future 🙂
